Renovating a house is rarely difficult because of the building work. It's difficult because of everything around it — separate trades with separate priorities, decisions that fall between them, and nobody who can give you a straight answer about the whole job.
We set Leicester Refurbs up to remove that. One team takes responsibility for the project: the survey, the design and planning, the costing, the trades, the programme and the handover. You have one point of contact, and that contact knows what is happening on your house today.
Over 20+ years we've completed more than 500 projects across Leicester & Leicestershire — from single kitchens and bathrooms to full home renovations and extensions. The work is done by qualified tradespeople who work together regularly, and what we build is covered by a warranty.
We're deliberately not the biggest renovation company in Leicester. We'd rather run fewer projects properly than many of them badly.
